benefits of his move at 15 pounds to the north.

Before his victory in 2014 over Benson Henderson, Dos
Anjos was forced to lose 23 pounds in just three days to gain lightweight. In
July 2016, the day before the loss of the UFC title against Eddie Alvarez in
the first round by TKO, Anos dos fainted, sitting in a hot tub, trying to melt
the last few kilograms.
"Before, 70-80 percent of my camp focused on weight
loss and emphasized that it was necessary to gain weight," said Dr. Anjos.
"Now
I still need to lose some weight, but it's much easier, I can have a normal
life, I can enjoy life and training and put 100% of my work into my technique
and training, and not just lose weight and stress, It
was a very good time for me, I've spent so much time, but I've never been
happier than now.
Two Anjos, 33, will face Lawler, who won all year when he left, losing the light welterweight title to Tyrone Woodley in a first round knockout in 2016. Lawler jumped back with a Donald advance Cerrone in July for more than three rounds with a torch at UFC 214.
"It was a good fight to get me back into the
mix." I
drove for 15 minutes, which was nice, "Lawler told the Los Angeles Times
this week," It was a yardstick to see where it was, and it showed where I
wanted to go. "
"It's easy to let you have doubts that I'm pushing
all the cylinders, and I agree that it's hard for me to fight."
